1. Introduction

Welcome to USA Trusted Businesses (the “Website”), operated by USA Trusted Businesses (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and the services provided through it.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Website.

 

2. Services

We provide a platform that lists businesses that have been vetted and deemed “trusted” by USA Trusted Businesses.

• We do not guarantee the performance, quality, or future trustworthiness of any listed business.
• Our service is limited to providing a directory of businesses that have met our listing criteria.

 

3. Listing Criteria

All businesses listed on the Website are reviewed by our team of professional investigators, who perform background checks on a business’s trading history, including:

• Has the business taken money without completing work?
• Has the business ever scammed or defrauded clients of deposits?

• Does the company have any fraud cases against it?

• We call references—both good and bad—to assess the business’s credibility.

 

Listings are valid for 12 months and must be reviewed and renewed annually.

 

4. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for the accuracy of any information they provide to the Website.
• Users may only use the Website for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• Users acknowledge that a listing on the Website does not constitute our endorsement of the business. It remains the user’s responsibility to conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any listed business.

 

5. Business Responsibilities

• Listed businesses are responsible for keeping their information accurate and up to date.

• Listed businesses must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Listing Fees:

• $29/month or $180 once-off (12 months)
  Save up to 50% when paying annually!
• $990 once-off for a 12 months Verified listing, and Marketing option.

 

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any business from the directory at any time, with or without notice, if we determine the business no longer meets our criteria or has violated these Terms.

 

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• All fees for Verified Listings and Marketing Options are non-refundable.
• Once your business has been listed and investigated, payment for the 12-month listing is considered final.
• If we design adverts for your Verified Listing or Marketing Option, payment is due in advance for the full 12 months and cannot be canceled.
• By paying for the listing or marketing package, you acknowledge that no refunds or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and its services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information provided on the Website or the trustworthiness of any listed business. We do not guarantee that any listed business will meet your expectations.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Website or services, including damages arising from interactions with listed businesses.

 

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Website, or

• Your breach of these Terms.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is our property and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

 

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website, and the revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
